Kathy Marino at the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office

On June 29, 2017 Kathy Marino, a Snohomish County Sheriff’s Officer took matters into her own hands when she decided to take Lori Shavlik’s phone without a search warrant, Marino just decided to use her outfit to force the phone from Lori and casually go through her photographs and videos.  Marino decided to delete 6 photos and 4 video’s from Shavlik’s iPhone without Shavlik’s permission.  Lori attempted to take the phone back in attempts to prevent Marino from damaging her property but Marino quickly moved the phone out of Shavlik’s reach and continued to deleting evidence from the phone.  There was no search warrant, no miranda, it was just as though she decided to take on a whole new role. Its is unlikely Marino is unaware what she did was wrong, she is a Snohomish County Sheriff’s Officer.

Marino was not counting on Shavlik recovering the evidence she deleted. How many people would have a problem with a Sheriff walking up to you, threaten you with intimidation, bullying you and taking your phone and then destroying your records?

I want to share with you why I think I was Snohomish County Sheriff’s officer Kathy Marino’s victim. The pictures/Video Marino destroyed were of Snohomish County Sheriff’s BRADY COP David Fontenot (bald man with his arms on the bench to the right) and Snohomish County Public Defender Association, Jason Schwarz.  (Showing the video)  We were in court waiting for a hearing to start, (there was no proceeding in process at the time this happened).  I was the only one viciously approached with threatening behavior and demands made for me to immediately give Snohomish County Sheriff’s Officer Marino my phone. Marino came into the court room with another male Snohomish County Sheriff officer. I was not interfering with anyone. Jason Schwarz was NOT (see video below) questioned about their phone, only me (blogging and researching corruption).  Marino never identified to Shavlik what law she was enforcing.   Officer Marino was involved in a recent case in federal court,  unsure what that was about, but will continue to update.
